Privacy note

How patient inquiry data is handled.

Plain English, no legal fog. Last updated 30 September 2026.

What CALYNTRA does with an inquiry

When someone fills in a dental practice's contact form, CALYNTRA reads the inquiry, replies on the practice's behalf using message templates the practice has approved, follows up if the person goes quiet, and tracks the inquiry in the practice's lead list until it is booked or closed.

Patient inquiry data is handled only to respond to and track that inquiry. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train anything.

What is kept

  • The details the person typed into the form (such as their name, contact details and message).
  • The replies and follow-ups sent, and whether the person booked, replied, or asked to stop.
  • A classification of the inquiry (for example intent, service, urgency and whether a person on the team should step in).

What CALYNTRA does not do

  • It never diagnoses or gives medical advice. Urgent cases such as pain, injury or complaints are passed to a person on the practice's team.
  • It never sends a message the practice has not approved as a template.
  • It never contacts a person after they click the stop link in an email.

Stopping messages

Every email includes a one-click stop link. Clicking it ends all automated follow-ups for that inquiry immediately.

This website

The demo-request form on this site sends your name, practice, city, email and phone number to CALYNTRA so we can reply and arrange a demo. Nothing else is done with those details. The "Try it" demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
